Shipping Policy

1. All orders in India are shipped through Registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.
2. All orders are dispatched within 6-12 days from the date of payment & delivered within 5-8 Business days
3. We are not liable for any delay in Delivery by the courier company / Postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 4-9 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of Order Confirmation.
4. We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays (Except in a few cases which are beyond our control including travel delays from our courier partners due to bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.)
5. We do not ship in times of natural calamities or any unprecedented events either in our location or at the buyer’s location. Orders to such areas will be shipped only when the situation improves. This is done to ensure that your order is safe even when it is dispatched from our place.
6. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
7. Free Shipping for all products.
8. Tracking details will be updated on your My Account>Order History once the Shipment was booked.
9. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
